Western Kentucky Upfitters may collect information you provide when requesting a quote, submitting a project intake, placing an order, creating or using a customer portal account, contacting us, or requesting service. This can include your name, organization, email address, phone number, shipping information, vehicle or project details, and order history.
Online card payments are processed by Square. WKU does not receive or store your full card number through the website checkout.
Order and shipping information may be shared with service providers used to fulfill your request, such as shipping carriers, Shippo, and email-delivery providers. We use this information only as needed to operate the business, communicate with you, fulfill orders, provide support, and maintain records.
The site may use normal server logs, cookies, local browser storage, and analytics or search-performance tools to operate features, improve usability, measure traffic, and protect the site from abuse.
You may contact WKU to ask questions about your information or request that inaccurate contact information be corrected. Some records may need to be retained for business, tax, fraud-prevention, warranty, or legal purposes.
