WKU works to keep product descriptions, pricing, inventory, compatibility information, and images accurate. Specifications, availability, manufacturer details, and pricing may change. WKU may contact a customer to confirm a configuration or correct an obvious listing error before fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for lawful use of emergency warning equipment, radios, frequencies, signaling equipment, and vehicle configurations. Laws, agency policies, radio licensing, and authorization requirements vary by jurisdiction and system.
Website pricing does not automatically include installation unless stated. Vehicle-specific installation, fabrication, programming, travel, shipping, taxes, and additional materials may be quoted separately.
An online payment confirmation records the transaction, but fulfillment may still require inventory, configuration, address, compliance, or fitment verification. If WKU cannot fulfill an order as submitted, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue or arrange an appropriate refund.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts service.
