Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are reviewed for payment status, inventory, product configuration, and shipping information before shipment. Some public-safety equipment requires configuration or fitment confirmation before fulfillment.

Shipping

WKU uses commercial shipping carriers and may use Shippo to create labels, compare rates, and provide tracking. Carrier, service level, and delivery timing can vary by destination, package size, product availability, and carrier conditions.

Tracking

When tracking is available, WKU may send it by email and make it available through the order-tracking page or customer portal. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier after the package is accepted.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact WKU as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before shipment.

Special Orders and Backorders

Special-order, configured, or temporarily unavailable equipment may require additional lead time. WKU will communicate known delays or configuration requirements when applicable.
