Pre-Owned and Refurbished Equipment
Coverage for pre-owned or refurbished equipment can vary by listing. Any WKU-provided warranty or test guarantee will be stated in the listing, invoice, quote, or other written sales documentation.
Installation Work
If you believe an installation performed by WKU has a workmanship issue, contact us with the vehicle, invoice or build information, and a description of the concern so it can be reviewed.
Manufacturer Claims
WKU may assist customers with manufacturer warranty information when practical, but manufacturers make the final determination on claims covered by their warranties.
